1.Longshan Temple

MRT Blue Line(Bannan Line): Longshan Temple Station.Exit 4.

I would love to recommend Longshan Temple and surrounding markets.It looks like tradtional and old style of Taiwan local living area.Lots street food here.

Ticket : Free.

Longshan Temple was founded in 1738 and dedicated to the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy (Kuan-in in Chinese, or Avalokitesvara in Sanskrit).

Guangzhou Night Market:Some tourists love to try the snake soup.

2.Taipei Zoo+Maokong Gondola

Taipei Zoo-Taipei Must-See

MRT Brown Line: Taipei Zoo Station.

Taipei Zoo+Maokong Gondola are close to each other.You can take Maokong Gondola and get into another entrance of Taipei Zoo.

Taipei Zoo is very big.You can spend full day time here.You can download The Map of Taipei Zoo to see how big it is and where the animals located.

This area is free to visit.It's part of old military dependents’ village conserved for cultural and creative exhibition.Some old style and restaurants are here.

Xiangshan hiking trail is close to Xinyi Shopping Malls and Taipei 101 Tower.You can walk from Taipei 101,through Xinyi Road (信義路) to reach MRT Xiangshan Station.

Xiangshan Hiking Trail (象山登山步道) takes about 20 minutes to the top.

Opening Hours:9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

You will see National Library on the left side and Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall on the right side.

6.Songshan Cultural and Creative Park

Spots:Exhibitions、department store、Eslite Bookstore、Restaurants、garden~

Some nice coffee shops are outdise of Songshan Cultural and Creative Park.

MRT Banqiao Line (Blue):Taipei City Hall Station Exit 1 (with stairs) or Exit 2 (with escalators) and walk for about 400m to Lane 553, Section 4, Zhongxiao East Road.

MRT Banqiao Line (Blue):Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall Station Exit 5 and walk for about 550m to Yanchang Road (the intersection of Civic Boulevard and Guangfu South Road).
